3 Good Things

I'm taking part in the 3 Good Things Gratitude challenge


1. Sunday 1st May


Today is a good day. Today I am grateful for:


1 - Going to the gym and doing an epic HIIT workout and then relaxing with a swim afterwards. Being active increases endorphins and makes me feel better.


2 - Spending time with my family in Reading, especially my little niece and nephew. It's so precious to spend time with the people you really love. It really helps my happiness to connect in this way.


3 - Finding my lipstick that I thought I'd lost and noticing in the moment how grateful 

I was:-) Taking notice is another way to increase my wellbeing.
